Software to speed up project management tasks
December 20th, 2007 | by admin |One of the biggest factors that I find affects my position as a project manager is the amount of rework. I previously used manual systems to get things done. This took way too long. I then started to use project manager software to speed up the processing of repetitive tasks. This really made my life a whole lot easier and has assisted me to improve the project management process. This will result in a positive improvement to the bottom line.
