Using CRM to manage customers

As a senior sales executive it is paramount that I obtain my sales budgets. Many of my recommendations that lead to sales come from word of mouth. Taking care of my existing customers is therefore essential from a networking perspective. I have a CRM package installed on my computer that allows me to compile data on my customers. I run regular reports to identify emerging trends that can be passed on to the product development department and to assist the support personnel. This allows me to stay customer focused which is a paradigm that I strongly believe in.
