How to Overcome Fear of Public Speaking

If you are always nervous when presenting to a group of people, don’t worry, you are not alone. The majority of people have a fear of public speaking. But you can overcome this by doing some simple exercises before you go out there on stage and do your presentation. Some of these presentation tips include breathing deeply to reduce your nervousness. Also try clenching your fist tightly then opening them and spreading your fingers. After doing this several times, you will notice that your tension will be reduced. Also practice smiling in front of the mirror. When you smile more often while doing the presentation, you will forget about your fear.
