Having Mock Calls is one way of conducting Customer Service Training
November 17th, 2008 | by admin |One fine day, I hit upon a new idea of having mock calls with my employees. I knew that this was one way how I could train them on customer service. The whole exercise took me all of 30 minutes. I must say that this method has helped me evaluate my employees on customer service skills. The under-performers have been identified and have been asked to undergo a rigorous training program.
