The nurses kept bringing him fruit juices to drink. He doesn't like fruit juice, so he was refusing to drink them. I was afraid that he would get dehydrated if he didn't drink something. His sugar levels were very low, so the doctor wanted him to drink something with a lot of sugar. Therefore, they would not give him water to drink. He kept asking me to go to the drink vending machines for him. He wanted me to by him a soda. I tried to explain to him that he was not able to drink anything that contained caffeine until after the tests were complete. Finall, he drank the fruit juice, but he kept making faces after each gulp. When the testing was over, the nurse brought him a Coke. You should have seen the smile on his face then!
