Honesty and Integrity are Taught in Inspection Training

Many real estate companies have a home inspection firm that they hire and work directly with for potential buyers or sellers to use. If you are a buyer, however, you are perfectly within your right to go outside of the agency to hire your own inspector. Making sure that they have received proper inspection training certification is crucial to ensure that you will have a through inspection of your potential home. After you have made an offer on a home, you then set up an appointment with a home inspector to get into the house and do the dirty work. It is the job of the inspector to see flaws in a home that many people (especially home buyers) may not see due to the fact that they see this home with rose colored glasses on.  Home inspectors give a dose of reality to situations like this, exposing structural flaws and problems that others may not necessarily see.
