Most private investigator requirements vary

There is a varying level of private investigator requirements from state to state. It might possible to be a PI in one state and not in another merely because of the paucity of qualifications. The minimum private investigator requirements that most states would specify would be a basic education followed by training in a specific field. However, if a person is looking for a job in a particular field of investigation, for instance, in the legal field, his knowledge of the law has to be absolutely perfect. The  private investigator requirements  would include being up to date on the changing laws in that particular state.
