Vino in the Valley
November 8th, 2008 | by admin |Wine tasting and Napa Valley go hand in hand. If you are planning on visiting napa valley in the future, try to map out a plan of the vineyards that you would like to visit. If you are making a weekend out of it, try planning for two days of wine tasting, reserving one end of the valley wineries for one day and the other side for day two. If you would like, you can book a wine tour. The buses usually pick you up at your accommodations, or you meet them at the designated meeting spot. A wine guide will accompany you on your tour, briefly explaining the history of each winery before quickly shuffling you in and out for a tasting before you head to the next vineyard destination. You do not have to book a wine tour to go on a wine tasting, but call ahead to see if reservations are required, especially on weekends when tourism is at its peak.
